Assembly
Assembling the Noble Home kit is easy with standard construction tools. A crew of 2-3 people can complete the house shell in about 3 weeks. Noble Home's unique Assembly Handbook is a step-by-step illustrated guide for assembling all of the kit components. It is written for those unfamiliar with the Noble Home building system, and should be used in concert with the Construction Drawings we supply and good common sense which we can, at times, try to impart through telephone support.

Assembly Steps
1: Install Wall Panels and top plates / sills with intergral steel connectors - ready to accept rafters and collar ties. Install steel "knife plates" and posts where required.
2: Install each collar tie assembly and rafter into steel connectors and fasten with lag bolts.
3: install fascia by sliding into pre-knotched rafters and install solid wood ceiling.
4: install roof panels on top of wood ceiling with long panel screws.
5. Install roofing felt and pre-sized metal roofing sheets with exposed fasteners.
6: Assemble large sliding glass door frames and install doors and windows.
